I happened to know Cindy from a Wechat group, since my 2016 tax is a little complicated (I am PR, and my wife is NRA), I was looking for a right accountant who can understand my situation, and help me to make a best choice to file 2016 tax for quite a while. Before I knew Cindy, I have been to some local tax preparation offices like H&R,etc, but none of them seemed to know how to deal my case. After a few conversations over Wechat, I got the feeling that Cindy is very knowledgeable on my case, and most importantly, she told me that she can apply ITIN for my wife without neither to send her original passport to IRS office(risky, may lost important denouement in transition) or make a appointment with local IRS office to bring all documents in (time consuming, appointment is at least a couple months later), all is because she is IRS certified acceptance agent.
